Direct Bank transfer
Select “Direct Bank Transfer” during checkout, our bank account details will be shown on the next page during check out for you to make the transfer. If you’re using I-Banking, please email us the order# number as well as your I-Banking nick for verification after making payment.

Paypal or Credit Card
Select “Paypal” during checkout, you will be able to choose either
to login to Paypal secure payment page to make payment,
OR
to input your Credit Card details to make payment
Your order will be shipped once your fund is in our account.

Refunds
Fresh Double Boil Bird’s Nest and Dried Bird's Nest are both food products and once consumed, it is non-refundable.

Delivery

We charge a flat rate of $17 (GST included) for delivery within main island of Singapore.

Enjoy free delivery service for total purchase of more than $100.

For delivery outside Singapore, the respective courier fees in each country will apply.

Once payment received, your order will be delivered after 24 working hours (Working hrs : 8.30am - 5.30pm, Mon - Fri ). Our staff will call you to confirm the date and time for delivery.
